Aragon style: Family time in new downtown home

From the Pensacola News Journal.

The new year brings a new home and even more family time for Kevin and Dusti Sluder in their new Aragon home.

“The active downtown vibe is just one of the many reasons our family wanted to move to this location,” Kevin Sluder said.

“The community of Aragon offers a family-friendly neighborhood while still being in close proximity of the many local attractions.”

It’s easy to spot the attractive and unusual Sluder domicile as you drive through the neighborhood. It has its own personality and it stands out amongst other houses.

The four-bedroom, four-bath house features an outdoor tower that has a breeze plus views overlooking the ”gathering green” and the waters of Pensacola Bay.

“It is a quiet spot that all of our family members enjoy, including the dog,” Sluder said.

Girls Night Out: Wine Tasting at Aragon

From the Pensacola News Journal.

After the hustle and bustle of the daily grind, it’s nice to be able to get out and unwind with your friends.

A mid-week wine tasting with friends makes a fun escape.

“People should take advantage of trying wines that they don’t normally buy,” which makes a tasting the perfect opportunity, says Charlotte Gordon, owner of Aragon Wine Market.

For a girls night out, that can mean a pleasant evening in the courtyard.

“Women can sit and relax while having a glass of wine and a cold beer together,” says Amber Solnick, assistant wine merchant.
